5. Profit

Investors receive a relative share of company profit, generated from net rental income. After a holding period of ten years, investors can sell their equity to access the asset appreciation

6. Exit

After a holding period of ten years, you have the option to sell your equity and enjoy the asset appreciation of the property and the business. We aim for a compound annual growth rate from 2023 - 2028 of 6.9%
